
At Chez Les Bien-Aimés our aim is to give your child the best possible start on their educational journey. We believe that by providing a balance between child-initiated and adult-led activities, we offer a curriculum that meets the individual needs and interests of the children. Our classrooms are bright and engaging, reflecting the current unit of work and the children’s continuous learning. Learning is differentiated so that each child is challenged and supported.
Every student at Chez Les Bien-Aimés is treated as a unique individual and is given the direction, counsel, and support to discover her or his own potential for greatness. All of us at the school are committed to encouraging a lifelong love for learning. We want to give our students the skills they will need to face the ups and downs on their path to becoming outstanding global citizens.
Our Teaching methodology focuses on supporting a student-centered approach in which teaching for knowledge is paired with an emphasis on the development of the whole person. At the core of our academic program is the Cambridge curriculum that provides a broad and balanced education for your learners, helping them to thrive throughout their schooling, work and life.
Our Program
Our School offers a French program in line with the Education in France, however we
designed our program in way students have enough hours of English in primary using
Cambridge syllabus. and by the end of CE2 ( P3) parents enroll their children to pursuit in
either international French program or with Rwandan nation program from P4 to P6.
Extracurricular activities are practiced in English (sports, debates, music and various arts) and
this, in accordance with the new program of Rwanda Ministry of Education of aimed at
stimulating the acquisition of skills operational among students.
At the Primary level, extracurricular activities are done with the help of professional team
every afternoon of every Tuesday from 3:20 PM. and every Friday from 2:00PM.
Kinyarwanda and Rwandan Culture (‘‘Itorero’’) courses in accordance with the agenda
proposed in this regard by Rwanda Ministry of National Education.
The Learning support programs (French, English and Kinyarwanda) are also offered
depending on the specific needs of students. It encourages the development of critical and
analytical thinking using positive values drawn from the Bible.
The school year begins early in September and ends at the end of June or during the first
weeks of July. The school calendar is always available at the reception office and can be
shared thorough out others communication channels
